Frequently Asked Questions:

When will my order ship?
    If you ordered a "ready to ship" piece of jewelry it will ship within 1-3 business days.  If you ordered a "made to order" piece of jewelry please allow 1-3 weeks before shipment. Each item will clearly state if it is "made to order" or "ready to ship." Often though some "made to order" pieces are in stock and will ship quickly, if you are concerned about shipping times please email me before ordering and I can let you know when the item would ship.

How will my order be shipped?
    I ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. You will be able to choose your preferred method at checkout.   

Can I pickup my order in person at your shop?
Yes! at checkout please select "in store pickup" instead of regular shipping. You will get an email from me when your order is ready to be picked up along with details about my stores current open hours.

Do you gift wrap?
    Each order will arrived gift ready in a recycled kraft paper box whether it is for you or a loved one.  If you would like a special note included in the order please contact me after placing the order. 

How do I determine my ring size? 
    I would suggest going to a local jeweler in your area and having your finger properly sized. If you live locally on Cape Cod I am happy to size your finger for you, please email me to make an appt. to stop by my brick and mortar store, Adorn. 

Do you do custom work?
At this time I am only taking on custom orders for engagement rings and wedding bands. Please take a peak here for past engagement ring and wedding pieces I have made to see my design sense and if working with me would be a good fit. 


    I hope you love your new jewelry. But if you are not completely happy with your new piece you can exchange it or receive store credit within 10 days of receipt. The item must be in the same condition it was received in. 
    To exchange your item or receive store credit please email me directly at Molly@MollyAvellar.com.  I will give you instructions for sending the piece back. The item must be postmarked within the 10 day window and be fully insured and packaged properly. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

    I hope my jewelry becomes well loved and when taken care of properly it will last a lifetime.  However, I know sometimes things happen, a ring gets knocked on a table or a chain gets snagged and breaks.  If your piece needs a repair or the setting needs to be tightened please contact me.  I am always happy to fix my jewelry. However, I do not repair antique or other designers jewelry.

If over time the oxidization on a piece has faded or the piece has significantly tarnished I am happy to refinish the piece for you.
